Purpose
This photo release waiver is intended to obtain permission from clients to use photographs or videos of their dogs and themselves taken during dog training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
Consent and Grand of Rights
I grant Canine Brainworks permission to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs and videos of my dog(s) and me taken during dog training sessions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Company website
Promotional materials (e.g., flyers, brochures)
Advertising
Waiver of Rights
I acknowledge that that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these images and that I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product in which the images may appear.
Release of Liability & No Obligation
I release Canine Brainworks and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of these photographs or videos.
Canine Brainworks is under no obligation to use the photographs or videos.
Legal Age and Capacity
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to sign this waiver.
Signature and Date
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this Waiver and agree to be bound by them.
